Prospective clients wanted loans anywhere between Rs 5000 to Rs 25000 with Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) mode of repayment.
As a policy decision, it has been agreed internally at SDS that it would like its prospective clients to contribute around 25 % of toilet construction cost. Moreover , SDS being a nascent MFI did not want to finance higher ticket size loan and the maximum amount for this loan product has been fixed at Rs. 25,000
